On 20 September, Easyleads Limited was fined £260,000 by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for breaching regulations 19 and 24 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) by making illegal recorded direct marketing calls.
